I have embarked on yet a new venture out in the cyber world. This new site is an idea that I had after working with my friend Rurik. Rurik works for a decorative concrete company and with the economy being so bad, he looked for other people to give him leads for work.
His company was offering $500 for a finders fee for any work that he could do relating to stained concrete, stamped concrete, epoxy flooring, etc. He gave me a few cards and I said, "That's a pretty good offer!"
After posting a couple craigslist ads, I thought, maybe I could just start a website where I could optimize it for a few different keywords, then have customers post jobs they wanted to have done. It's the classic lead generation website for decorative concrete.
I have just started to post more information and I'm filling the website with content. I'm hoping that I will have all content for the website done before the new year. After that, it should take about 2-3 months of posting backlinks for the website to actually rank in search engines.
I think making this as automated as possible, will help me and Rurik with future endeavors.
